 I enjoyed stretching my muscles to music this week in the exercise circuit. I did my best at every station even the hula hooping! 

 I loved listening to some 60s, 70s and 80s music in my My Time session. 

Singing and dancing is one of my favourite things to do at Arohanui.

 We made the yummiest home made apple pie. It tasted so good!
